Magical etoile has gotten me completely in love with carousel horses. They're so pretty! I just wanna stick ponies everywhere. I must learn to draw horses... >.< I used to be really good at drawing horses, 'cause I was totally obsessed with horses (I wanted a black arab~ ), but then I forgot how to draw them... so I shall learn yet again! I want to learn to draw proper kitties, puppies and baby bunnies too... they're so cute! Hee hee~~

Anyhow... I was bidding on this skirt, right? My dreeeam skirt~ (please note dream SKIRT. Not dream JSK. So don't complain when I start drooling over something else!) Anyhow, black magical etoile... and yeah. My parents told me I could bid 100, so I did... and I won (YAY) But then, my dad went all weird about the payment. And said he didn't want to pay until wednesday for some reason... he never really told me :/ Which leaves me in trouble, because the payment got all overdue and stuff and I feel so bad about it >_< But it's been paid now, thankfully. So... I totally failed both the science and math exams. WHYYYY MUST THINGS BE LIKE THISSSSS D; I got 17% on the math and 39% on the science... >.>;; The teachers at my school don't seem to care at all about year 10, so they slack off. Which is baaaad. I heard that almost the entire year level failed the math test... :( *sadsadsad* Which is another reason to miss my school in sweden... My teachers there were so nice and helpful and actually cared about our education. I seriously miss them, and my friends too of course. Like, they went to their end-of-year prom a while ago (the Swedish schoolyear ends in June.) and the teachers put on a show for them xD One guy crossdressed and lipsycnhed to some powerballad... and my old woodshop (lol?) teacher dressed up as a hippie... (he was always weird, kept talking about snot.) Ah, good times. So I think I might want to be educated in Sweden, because it seems all teachers here have a ten-foot pole up their asses. They're so tight and old-fashioned and mean. It's like one-way communication, and it's really awful. Some teachers are really nice though, I was kinda lucky this year because I have a really nice english and science teacher. The science teacher is really funny and nice but he's not very helpful xD So I kinda failed science.
Zander slept over last night ^_^ We watched "The Time Machine" which was pretty but it sucked... I seriously only wanted to see it because it looked pretty, what with the victorian shinyness etc. And we had yummy nachos. And Daim. I EFFIN' LOOVE DAIM. YUM.
Anyway, I made him read this hilarious crack fic and then we talked and then we were gonna sleep...
... And we always share a bed, because one way or another, he always ends up in my bed anyway (even if I leave a mattress on the floor.) And frankly, I hate sharing, but I have to because he has bribes and he is impossible to budge. Also very clingy. His new name is actually Uke McClingy. Anyhow, we lie talking for while, and he scratches his head. And I'm like DUDE, NO. He's got a dry scalp ATM which means scratching leads to skin flakes falling INTO MY BED.
EEEW. I checked the sheets and there were little bits of skin everywhere ;___; SO GROSS! I am seriously never letting him sleep here ever again! I have to change she sheets now, and I had just changed them! *dies* so icky, waaah... *sobsniffle* I might end up sleeping on top of the duvet tonight... it's pretty warm so I don't really mind but still.
Also, crap I just broke a nail. I am sooo used to typing with long nails, it's really weird for me to type with short nails, I keep missing keys etc >_< Maybe I should get some fake nails... But then, my cooking teacher would spaz because you're not allowed to have anything on your nails for cooking. Crud.

After wrecking two computers, they were sent off for repairs.
Apparently, the IBM (the other one, not mine.) needed a powercord to be fixed.

I am currently on my dad's laptop... but I need to log off soon to do some studying for my test.

Of course, I'm not very happy to have my reading interrupted. But I am nice, so I go to the cinema website to order the tickets. All the while, my mother has flung herself on my bed and is taking up considerable space and squashing my feet. And my brother is hugging her, the pitiful mama's boy. Anyhow. I start ordering the tickets. I find the movie, I choose the location etc. and the site makes my computer really slow. Then I initiate the seating program. GOD. it was so slow, I almost died. It positively killed my computer. After choosing appropriate seats for the creeps (my brother was walking around fiddling with my belongings, and dropping stuff on the floor, and dancing, and disconnecting my computer powercord) I type in the details for the payment.
And then my mother realizes that she doesn't have her credit card.
So I spent all that time FOR NOTHING.
ARGH! I think I'm about to kill something cute and cuddly! To top it off, my mother is pissed off because I was apparently being rude.

Doesn't it just ROCK to get your period in the morning, just before you're off to swim with Dolphins? That opportunity was totally ruined because of that. And my stupid family was being totally insensitive about it. Especially my dad and brother. They're both men for god's sake! what the hell do they know!? My dad thinks he knows everything, but I'm sorry, I doubt he really understands this sort of thing in the very least! and porky, GAWD. "Why's Amanda so angry?" "Why doesn't she want to go?" ARGH! It felt as if my stomach was eating itself from the inside, and their stupidity did not help at all. And I was out of painkillers, so I had to go, tear-eyed and shaking to the pharmacy by myself after sitting in a car for hours on end on the way to Sorrento. At least I got my pills in the end :/

Is anyone else BOTHERED by Barbie nowadays? "Be who you wanna be; B-a-r-b-i-e"? Sorry, but I don't think Barbie is the best of role models for young girls out there. Especially after what they did to Alice. However, they did quite a good job on The Queen of Hearts.
I might actually buy the Queen of Hearts doll, because I am a fan of Alice.
It makes me a bit sad that the toy industry is more or less controlling the kids. I mean, girls play with dolls, boys play with cars, and if you don't play with the toys they set out for your gender, you become socially rejected and get labeled "freak". I'm sorry if this all sounds like I'm some crazy person who's all "OMG TOYS=CONSPIRACY!" that's not what I'm getting at here, what I'm trying to say is that the toy industry is clearly enforcing sexism. And that sucks.

Moving on, to the topic of my little brother.
Srsly.
He doesn't realize that he's overweight. if I say he's fat, he says "I have muscles, you dont!"
which is completely unrelated! I could care less about my lack of physical strength, because my mental strength is obviously enough to make him come up with lousy comebacks. *sigh* and I'd be much nicer if HE weren't such an ass. Like the other day, my dear friend Zander called and asked my brother nicely to give me the phone, but he didnt! He asked three times, and when he refused the last time he called him a porkchop and then the little bitch hung up. Oh. My. God. Seriously, I was so angry I just wanted to beat him with the phone right then. He got off easy with a smack on the head and then I snatched the phone.. but wow.
So stupid.
My parents are really mad at me for calling him fat. They wouldn't care much if they knew he didn't feel bad about it :) He totally deserves it though! He's more annoying than a crazy frog remix on repeat! (in other words, the swedish radio programme of 2005) And that, my friends, is pretty damn annoying. He gets away with so much, like the other day when he destroyed a laptop screen by pushing him thumbs into it. Smart move, eh? My parents said he was banned from the computer from then until he bought his own.
The very next day, he's uploading silly videos of him being an asshat on youtube. Um, what? wasn't he banned? for wrecking that screen? and what about that other time, when he took a photo up my skirt with his phone, to show his friends? Didn't my parents assure me that they'd take his phone away and replace it with my mother's old camera-free phone so he wouldn't be able to do it again? No, he still has his phone. Luckily, I deleted the photos. But really. It's just because he' a middle child, my parents empathize with the brat just because they're BOTH middle children. (my dad is a typical youngest child though, which is weird.)
Sometimes, I just wonder how genetics REALLY works. It's like I inherited all the awesome in the family. And Gustav (henceforth known as Porky) inherited all the fat. And Karl (henceforth known as Twigs) inherited all the stupid. *sigh*
Speaking of STUPID. This easter SUCKED. See, in Sweden it's traditional to sing really stupid songs when you drink. Songs about bumblebees and such... >.> Luckily, my annoying relatives are far, far away, so I only had to deal with three adults. My dad's got some weird stomach thing, so he can't really drink (which is an endless source of amusement) but he did anyway. Well, at least I didn't have to suffer through my grandfather's singing this year. But going back to ranting about this year's easter, my parents decided that it'd be GREAT FUN HAPPY JOY TIME to arrange an easter hunt.

Which was red plastic takeout boxes with candy in them. In the shed. Is it too much trouble to just GIVE us the candy? Me and Michelle could totally have played like 10 rounds of Dead or Alive 2 in that time. Michelle, by the way, was the youngest person present, she is... 10? 11? something in that fashion, and I'm quite sure she could have survived without looking for clues.
I mean, they even made me climb over barbed wire in a petticoat and MaryJanes! have some mercy on a girl! and her undergarments!
After dinner we were not allowed to continue our gaming, because the OLD PEOPLE wanted to watch "10 reasons to hate you" because my mom is obsessed with Heath Ledger. I daresay her obsession went up 60% when he died. Which is quite sad. I didn't watch it, I went to my room and played Phantom Hourglass 'til I got bored of it and decided to write this ridiculous journal post.
Now, I shall end this rant, because I have nothing more to rant about :) except for the Dolphin swim tomorrow. I've never swimmed with dolphins before, and I'm quite excited about it... but I'm a bit scared of swimming so far from land in creepy deep waters with various angry-looking flesh-eating zombie killer piranha mutants swimming about.
